About me

I was born and brought up in Namibia, land of the brave, before moving to the UK 6 years ago. Now I call Oxford my home where I live with my husband and little one.

I consider it an honour to walk alongside families during the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Whether it is your first, second, third, fourth or fifth pregnancy, I believe each pregnancy and birth is unique and tells its own story. As your doula, my role involves holding a space where you can safely explore and reflect on the birth that you would like to have as well as how you can make that happen. After the birth of your baby (babies), you can call on me to support you – practically and emotionally – as you navigate the first 6 weeks of the postpartum period.
